Athleisure Wear for 2017 8

Tis the season of merry and bliss.  We wine and dine during the month of December with reckless abandon and then make a laundry list of resolutions to start the new year.  We vow to watch our spending, cut our carbs, eat more veggies, drink less alcohol, join a gym, go to that gym and exercise 4-5 times a week.  Sound familiar?

Did you know that 73% of fitness resolutions end up in failure before the snow even begins to melt?  Yep – it’s true.

One small way to beat the odds and make strides with your fitness routine is investing in some new athletic wear.  Looking cute at the gym can actually create a little self-motivation.  And let’s be real, purchasing new sneakers can help you run faster (my brain believes this with the utmost certainty).

Depending on your exercise of choice, here are some athletic outfit ideas for inspiration.  Oh – and it’s completely okay to wear any of these looks without actually going to the gym.  It will be our little secret.
