A Taste of Hendersonville

The Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Taste of Hendersonville event at the Streets of Indian Lake Sept. 26. Thousands of guests attended the affair, which featured some of the tastiest food and drink in the city.

Rock Castle Hosts Inaugural Folk ‘n’ Bluegrass Fest

Historic Rock Castle hosted the inaugural Folk ‘n' Bluegrass Fest on Saturday, Sept. 14. The family-friendly event drew hundreds of music fans who were treated to an evening of bluegrass music, food and fun. HolidayFest Champions of Valor Breakfast

HolidayFest hosted the inaugural Champions of Valor breakfast at Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club Sept. 20. The event honored local law enforcement officers. Keynote speakers were Senator Marsha Blackburn and Dr. Ming Wang. All proceeds from the event benefitted the Salvus Center.

Sumner Sheriff’s Child Safety Day

The 5th annual Sumner County Child Safety Day Celebration was held at Triple Creek Park in Gallatin, Tennessee on Saturday, Sept. 21. A large crowd of children and adults attended the festive event, which ran from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. First responders and emergency personnel were available to teach children and parents a variety of safety tips.

Cobb Law Group Ribbon-Cutting

The Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Cobb Law Group at their new location at 131 Walton Ferry Road, Suite 11, on Aug. 29.
